We live in downtown Statesville, migrated from Davidson 6yrs ago and prior to that, the DC area. My husband is super active with soccer and running and of course our 6 and 4 year olds 🥰 

We’ve done a few meet ups with kiddos in the area that enjoy soccer and running because, for us, there’s ABSOLUTELY nothing around here in the Statesville area that’s inclusive and fun that focuses more on the fun and community surrounded within running and health vs the early morning meet ups and winning medals 🥇 

We want to invite you to a meet up that is a “are we your vibe because we’d love to get something going,” sort of afternoon. We’re hoping to get a weekly meet up started after this meet up that would include kids in our local community between the ages of 4 and 8, that would be a hour long. It would be about 45 minutes focused on running and fitnesses and then a fun 15 minutes finale of some fun games outdoors so everyone ends on a strong and cohesive note 🏃🏻‍♀️ 

My husband has been playing soccer since he was a little boy and still plays on leagues now. He’s been running for as long as I’ve known him and has a huge passion when it comes to training and gaining strength and experience with using our bodies to both burn energy and gain confidence in movement. He’s coached little ones on sports teams in the community and also in leagues as well 😊

He wants to get kids excited for that also, so we’re hoping to see you there and meet parents to see if this is something we can continue! 

This would not be any cost to parents at all! Ever… 

This is so that our kids can get together and have something to do outside weekly with peers, that’s consistent. You’d just show up (not a drop off) with your children and a water bottle. Depending on how much interest there is, he may seek other parents that have the same passion, to help with meet ups so that all kids have an abundance of support and guidance. Other than that, you show up and let’s see if we can get something going!!
