For me, a health coach who loves making health feel fun and achievable, that's what this Walk & Chat is going to be all about.This route will be a loop within the Clove Lakes Park trails (both paved, gravelled, and unpaved). We'll walk for approximately 20-30 minutes, take a 10 minute rest, and walk for another 20-30 minutes. Then, if folks are willing, we'll take a short detour down Forest Ave to the Cookie Jar for social time! If you can comfortably walk around a mall for an hour, this should be a fine fit.This walk is great for a wide range of abilities, even if you don’t exercise regularly. If you're looking for a low-key way to get moving while enjoying a lovely Staten Island park, this is the event for you. If you have concerns about walking for this length of time, please check with your doctor before joining.
