PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Requirements
– High School Diploma or GED required
– Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required)
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
– Comfortable standing for long periods during 8–12 hour shifts
– Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client
– Strong attendance record and stable work history

Responsibilities
– Operate equipment and follow work instructions to assemble or produce products
– Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
– Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
– Meet daily and weekly production goals
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
– Support team members and complete other duties as assigned


FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Requirements
– High school diploma or GED 1+ year of forklift / warehouse experience
– Experience operating multiple types of forklifts (reach truck strongly preferred)
– RF scanner experience required (WMS, picking, scanning inventory)
– Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred
– Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities
– Operate warehouse equipment: Reach Truck Sit-down forklift Stand-up forklift Tugger
– Use RF scanners for inventory tracking, picking, and material movement
– Perform material handling, including moving raw materials and finished goods
– Load and unload shipments in a distribution center / warehouse setting
– Maintain accurate inventory and system updates (WMS / scanning systems)
– Support production lines with timely material delivery
– Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards
– Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
– All other duties as assigned
