· $10.00 grounds fee per exhibitor
· $35.00 per entry
· Additional $10.00 late fee for registrations submitted after December 29th, 2025 at 11:59 PM
· There will be no maximum number of entries per exhibitor.
· The first 25 exhibitors with paid entries will receive one free t-shirt at check-in. Additional t-shirts can be purchased through Eventbrite for $15.00 or during the show for $20.00 (limited inventory).
· All registrations must be submitted by January 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
· $25.00 entry fee per exhibitor (Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Divisions)
· Age Division Breakdown:
· Juniors: ages 8-10 (as of September 1, 2025)
· Intermediate: ages 11-13 (as of September 1, 2025)
· Seniors: ages 14-18 (as of September 1, 2025)
· If exhibitors choose to enter in SHOWMANSHIP ONLY, they must pay the $10.00 grounds fee in addition to the showmanship entry fee.
· All animals must be accompanied by a valid health certificate from an accredited veterinarian. Health papers are valid for 90 days and must be valid through the last day of the show.
· To expedite entry into the show, ear tags that correspond to health papers are recommended.
· No cattle will be allowed off trailers until health papers are verified and cattle cleared on site.
· Exhibitors must be between 8-18 years old as of September 1st, 2025 to exhibit in the beef bash.
· All cattle will be shown by weight (excluding Brahman Heifers)
· To enter in the Brahman Heifer division, registration papers are required.
· American Influenced Heifer Classification - We understand that classification of Brahman Influenced Cattle is very subjective. However, our committee will adhere to the specifications laid forth in our guidelines and we entrust our volunteer committee to make those classifications. We understand that it might differ from other shows/series, however we guarantee that this will be handled fairly by individuals who have tremendous experience with Brahman Influenced Cattle and understand the importance of maintaining integrity in the classification process. If you have AMERICAN INFLUENCED Heifer, she MUST be classified by our committee. The decision of the committee is FINAL. American Influenced Heifers must meet 3 of the 5 criteria listed below:
• ½ inch of hair or less
• Dewlap must be prominent- the dewlap is defined as the skin from the throat to brisket
• Apparent crest on the neck
• Navel score of a 2 or better
• Ears are “broken” and come to a point
· Cattle must be 36 months of age or less.
· Exhibitors must dress neatly; long jeans and boots are required.
· Exhibitor is responsible for the care and clean-up of any area used at the Bradford County Fair Grounds. Shavings, hay, manure, etc. MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE LEAVING THE GROUNDS!
· Generators are recommended due to limited electrical outlets.
· All cattle must be tied up at the trailer, PANELS ARE REQUIRED to always surround the animal at your trailer.
· The show committee reserves the right to amend, add to, and interpret the rules as they see fit. Any issues need to be brought to the show committee.
· RV/Camper 50-amp and water hookups are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper spots can be purchased through the registration link. PLEASE NOTE: There are no facilities for dumping black (waste) water at the fairgrounds. All campers are required to sign an acknowledgment form at the time of payment before setting up.
· All animals must be treated in an ethical and humane manner. Any violation may result in disqualification.
· All animals must clearly be identified with ear tags or tattoos.
· Exhibitors must keep their animals under control at all times. Unmanageable animals will be removed from the show ring and disqualified from judging. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Anyone attending the show is expected to adhere to the following rules of conduct, including bans on alcohol, profanity, fighting, firearms, open fires, property damage, and inappropriate conduct, or risk losing awards and being expelled from this event and future events.
The Bradford County 4-H Beef Bash Committee reserves the right to amend the information in this document at any time as necessary.
