Alongside Miles’ butchery expertise, you’ll also meet the beautiful Belted Galloway cows with Farmer Ed, learning about regenerative grazing and life on the land.

We’ll also be welcoming guest speakers (to be announced soon!) who will share insights on farming, food, and sustainability.
