All paces- runners and walkers. We'll start together and wait for eveyone to finish. The running community is one of the most welcoming you'll find. 

The route: Start at Mustard Seed. Run to the right down 84th under the hwy. Turn right at the Park & Ride. Run to the trail along 532. Run the connecting trail around the ponds to the Hamilton smokestack. Loop Hamilton Landing Park and reverse the route back to Mustard Seed.
