Live & Die Well Club: Self Care

At this month's meeting, we will explore how mindfulness and self-compassion can help us bring compassion to the people we care for, by learning to respond, rather than react. Our Live & Die Well Club is working to improve local palliative and hospice support and normalize discussions about death and dying.
