A time just to let it go and enjoy the journey from Spring to Summer, exploring how the primary energy of the earth, water, fire, air and ether can help you to tune more deeply into the Nature and into your naturally relaxed body, energy and mind condition.
Regina Padma Rintchen offers you a great Yoga Nidra Relaxation experience based on her Buddhist studies and on several restorative classes taught by her on the elements along 2 years. Included in the programme are principles of Buddhist Shamata Meditation, relaxing breathings and a total relaxing guided restorative yoga practice. An opportunity for you to learn how to apply yoga inspired relaxation techniques and Buddhist philosophy at home to help family and friends. So come along yourself or with your loved ones.
