That’s why I’ve created this space.

Every Friday, my door is open. You’re invited to come in, meet me, ask questions, or simply have a conversation with someone who will truly listen. No pressure, no expectations. Just a chance to connect and see what it feels like to be in the room together.

We spend so much of life rushing, moving from one thing to the next at speed. This is an opportunity to slow it down.

There’s a large canvas on the table. If you’d like, you can sit with me and paint. No artistic experience needed. A few lines, bold strokes, colour, shapes, anything at all. There’s no right or wrong, no rules to follow. Just the experience of being present and letting yourself breathe for a while.

You can come to talk.
You can come to create.
You can come to pause.

There’s no fixed price. If you’d like to leave something in exchange  - money, fruit, a book, magazines (I use them in workshops), craft materials  - whatever feels fair to you -  you’re welcome to. And if not, that’s okay too.

No judgement. Just presence.
