Because you feel much more physically and emotionally supported you become more courageous to explore new limits, supporting each other to deepen poses, maintain balance, create alignment and establish focus in a safe and collaborative way. Get ready to have lots of laughs and giggles. Working together is a fun and creative way to add variety and depth to your yoga practice. You can come alone or with a friend or relative who likes a good yoga workout.
