Aligned with the powerful January Full Moon energy, this experience honors the natural rhythm of release and renewal—making space for what no longer serves you so you can call in what does.

The Energy of This Moment:

The Full Moon on January 3rd illuminates what needs to be released, while the new year invites fresh intentions and possibilities. This workshop bridges both energies, guiding you to clear the old and consciously create the new. It's the perfect moment to align your inner frequency with the life you want to live in 2026.

What to Expect:

In the first half of our time together, we’ll begin with a brief guided meditation and group reiki to connect deeply with your inner knowing. We then guide you in how to write powerful affirmations that truly resonate with your goals and values, while using language that speaks directly to your subconscious mind. You'll explore what you're ready to release and what you're calling in, leaving with personalized affirmations for the year ahead.

Following our affirmation workshop, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath experience. Let the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments wash over you as you release what the Full Moon has illuminated and integrate your new intentions. This meditative journey creates the perfect space for your affirmations to take root and your new frequency to emerge.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket

• Water bottle - bring a glass bottle if possible so the energy from our sound bath can charge your water
• Wear comfortable clothing

No experience necessary. Just bring an open heart and everything you need to be comfortable lying down for an extended period.
