Level3 OFQUAL Regulated Emergency First Aid at Work Course.
This is a 1 day regulated course that is accepted nationwide.
The qualification is valid for 3 years
The course will include topics such as:
Roles of a First Aider
Scene Survey,
Dealing with an unconscious casualty that is breathing normally, using the recovery position
Dealing with an unconscious casualty that is not breathing. CPR and the use of a Defib
Dealing with seizures
Dealing with a choking casualty
Dealing with wounds, bleeding and shock
Dealing with minor injuries
Dealing with minor burns.
These life saving skills are important in every day life. Yes work places have to provide First Aid provisions, but these skills could possibly needed in normal everyday life, for your own family and friends.
On site there is free parking. Refreshments will be provided on the day, however, delegates will need to provide their own lunch.
All delegates will receive a First aid book showing the skills taught on the day.
On successful completion, delegate will also receive certificates.
