Tony PecTony Pec is a business growth consultant, advisor, and delivered his TEDx Talk in 2024. Known as The Godfather of Instagram, he is the co-founder of Y Not You Media, a Forbes-accredited digital marketing and social media agency. He also serves as Director of Business Development for an advanced planning firm that helps self-employed and high-net-worth individuals reduce income tax bills by six, seven, and even multi–eight figures. Beyond business, Tony hosts The Impact Charity Golf Outing, which drew more than 2,000 guests at its most recent event. He also leads The Circle, a networking community of over 200 business owners and professionals across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.Solana LewisSolana Lewis is a World Champion Powerlifter who earned her title at just 21 years old through the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). As the founder of Strength SoLutions Inc., she coaches athletes at every level and provides personalized nutrition support to help them perform at their best. Outside of coaching, Solana is an educator and advocate for youth empowerment. She co-leads a Podcast Club for students from grade school to high school and encourages them to use their voice and to build confidence in telling their story, interviewing and enhance their social emotional learning skills. As a keynote speaker, Solana inspires audiences with powerful insights on goal setting, athletic performance, and personal growth, empowering others to pursue excellence and develop a champion’s mindset.
