A moderate-strength, medium paced Hatha Flow Class with a dash of Pilates / Core Strength Yoga for inner strength and back care.

We have relaxed floor exercises, we flow through standing sequences to energise, we activate muscles in new anatomically-savvy ways in static postures for strength, all connected with breath throughout and ending in sweet relaxation.

Suitable for fairly strong beginners  / those that have some basic flow yoga experience of sun salutes and warrior flows / anyone that has generally good health, reasonably fit and mobile. 
Everyone is encouraged to do what they can and pause / modify if needed. No one is an expert and all classes are held in a non - judgemental, friendly atmosphere and are small meaning lots of individual guidance from a senior yoga therapist. Class ages  range from 18-80!
