Join us for our monthly Dancing Through the Decades Dementia Disco – a resident favourite that brings back happy memories, laughter, and plenty of gentle movement!
Every last Friday of the month from 11.30 am – come along and groove to timeless tunes from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond. Whether you're a resident, family member, friend, or part of the community, everyone is welcome to dance, sing along, and enjoy the joyful atmosphere.


Music has such a powerful way of connecting us and lifting spirits – especially for those living with dementia. Expect smiles, hugs, and maybe even some classic dance moves!
Next one: Last Friday of April (24th April 2026) at 11 am – mark your calendars!
Pop in for a boogie, or just come to watch and chat. Refreshments will be on hand too. We'd love to see you there!
