We base our meditation practices around #mantra meditation, an ancient practice that is very fitting to the modern times and provides a deeply relaxing, peaceful and restorative effect to the mind, heart & spirit.
The evening includes fully guided breathing, mindfulness, mantra/kirtan meditation and refreshments.
