Flow and Let Go retreat is a chance to reconnect with yourself, embrace the calm of the season, and move into the second half of the year feeling lighter and clearer.

During the day you’ll enjoy:

☮️ Pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation 
☮️ Sound journey 
☮️ A peaceful canalside walk to reconnect with nature (weather permitting)
