MPFT CQC Focus Group - MEDICAL STAFF
The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. They are given powers by the government to regulate, monitor and inspect all health and care services.
They would really like to hear what you think about the care we provide.
During the inspection they gather information in a number of ways. For example, they will:
Speak with people who use services
Hold focus groups with separate groups of staff
Hold drop in sessions for people who use services and staff
Interview individual directors as well as staff of all levels
Check that the right systems and processes are in place.
They would like to hear about your experience of working at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, including any particular areas of concern as well as what is working well and as such have set up a Focus Group.
Our CQC inspection is an opportunity for you to share examples and ideas about both what you are proud of being part of and what you feel your team and/or the trust could do to improve services. The Board want you to have your say, so please do try to attend a focus group.
If you would like to contact a member of MPFT staff who can answer any questions about the inspection (before, during or afterwards), you can now call our CQC Hub Office on telephone number: 0300 1240354. Please feel free to call and ask or give feedback about anything relating to the visit.
