Mindful in Nature at The Wolseley Centre
Two hour workshops designed to give ourselves permission to take time out, disconnect from our devices, and spend time in nature.
In each workshop, we will share a mindfulness activity/exercise that can be practiced independently. During this time, our intention will be to connect and be present with nature around us as well as our own internal experiences.
