Lunchtime Network & Run - free

A great chance to meet up, have an easy run and connect with other local people at lunchtime.

Everyone welcome - business owners, freelancers, remote workers or anyone who just fancies getting out for a run.

Suggest we head out for around 30 minutes. No set route. No pressure on pace.
Run, jog or walk…it’s about the chat, not the splits.

The aim? Build a supportive local community and see how we can help each other.
