This is the official HYROX training experience delivered through the F45 Training and HYROX partnership. It is designed to prepare members for HYROX-style fitness racing while also improving overall functional fitness for those not competing.

The program builds race-ready performance through structured phases including Foundation, Strength + Endurance, and Race Simulation. The focus is on endurance, strength, and efficiency under fatigue using HYROX-specific movements and conditioning.

Training Format

Sessions are built around HYROX-style running and stations including sled push and pull, SkiErg, rower, wall balls, lunges, burpees, and carries. Each workout is designed to improve pacing, mental resilience, and sustained output under continuous workload.

At the Stafford location, all running is completed outdoors as part of HYROX simulation training. No treadmills are used. Sessions are continuous with minimal rest and are structured in team or pod formats to replicate race conditions.

This is official F45 x HYROX programming aligned directly with HYROX race demands. It uses consistent equipment and movement patterns so members develop familiarity and efficiency under fatigue.
