**Join Paula for ‘Chillax' - Restorative Yoga & Meditation Specialty Class on Thursday 7th Feb || 7.30pm - 8.45pm**
Restorative Yoga is the ultimate form of self care. In this special class, we'll combine long holds in restorative positions with meditation - using our breath to guide our bodies to relax and let go of all the tension that we are holding, physically and mentally.
Restorative Yoga & Meditation is proactive healing and nourishment for our bodies and our minds. Too often we only slow down when we are forced to.
You will feel fully supported and nourished in this class. Physically you will be supported by blocks and the mind will be full supported by guided breath meditation. This practice will restore your nervous system, revitalise your organs, boost your immune system, quieten and recharge your mind.
You will walk away feeling recharged, reinvigorated and have a new sense of clarity and calmness.
It takes courage to be still. To slow down, to stop.
So, go on - be courageous. You'll walk out feeling superhuman.

Cost: $40 (includes an eye pillow to take home)
$25 for returnees (bring your previous eye pillow!)

Please note; we do not offer any refunds as we have limited places in this speciality class (due to the props required) and it historically always sells out. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to give your place to a friend to benefit. If you give us 72 hours notice we will try to fill your place via our waitlist and if it's filled will we issue you a refund or credit to your account, but this cannot be guaranteed.
