About the Instructor | Chris Upham
Chris is a Regional Director for the #16 ranked team in the nation, Fulcrum Properties Group, which closed 253 units for over $151M in volume in 2017 and is currently on pace to close 400 units in 2018 for $190M in volume. Chris has practiced real estate in the DC, VA, MD area for 15 years and is a recognized industry leader. Having been a member of Gary Keller’s private mastermind for Expansion, Chris led his own mega agent team, has lead expansion locations and served as both Area and Regional Director in top expansion organizations. Chris is a five-time ALC Member and was a Core Group member in a recent market center launch. Chris has sold over 327 homes for $151M and $4.1M in GCI over his career and brings a passion for teaching agents how to follow the models to a build a big business and life!
