Brand new Ladies fitness classes - ideal for horse riders
Riders and non- riders welcome
A session focused on an all over workout to enhance your fitness and general well-being, combined with an emphasis on rider specific exercises focusing on key muscles, that can affect your posture, balance, strength and flexibility influencing the way we ride.
Working on your own strengths and weaknesses as a rider can aid confidence and produce harmony between horse and rider.
This aims to be a fun, friendly and supportive training in the indoor arena with a fully qualified exercise and riding coach.
These classes will run every Thursday morning 10am - 10.45 and a Thursday evening 7.15 - 8 pm £6 per class
