4 - Managing driver training and development - Stafford

This workshop highlights how to support driver professional development in accordance with FORS Standard requirements D4 and S5 and how to develop and implement a Professional Development Plan (PDP). You will also learn how to assess the outcomes of training and evaluate its impact to ensure your PDPs are effective.

Please note: lunch is only provided for delegates attending both the morning and afternoon workshops.
