Come to the Jersey Shore for a relaxing 6 days/5 nights of stitching and sharing. We have once again rented the HUGE house ON THE OCEAN in Surf City, NJ. 1 S. 3rd St, Surf City, NJ 08008 It is the First house in Surf City sited beautifully on a triple oceanfront lot. This spacious multi-level home overlooks the ocean from most every room! 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The living room overlooks the ocean and there is a deck that runs the length of the house facing the ocean for plenty of stitching time outside on the deck! There is a great room that faces the bayside. It has vaulted ceiling and skylights. There is room for everyone!! Check in time is noon on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 and check out time is 11 am on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Room rate is $585 per person and includes all meals. Rate also includes a lunch at Wally’s. If you are staying in the house, you must supply your own sheets and towels. There is a washer and dryer that we can use. You would have to supply your own laundry detergent. Also, don’t forget to bring your personal items – soap, etc. Commuter Rates are $75/day which includes all meals $45/day with no meals included We know this is not fair for everyone, but we are trying our best to accommodate everyone – new attendees as well as returnees. There are 17 spots available in the house and there are 10 spots for commuters. We want to be as fair as we can in making sure everyone has the same chance in getting in to this retreat, we will be holding a lottery for spots in the house. Once we fill the spots in the house, we will do the same for the commuter spots. If you do not get into the house, you might want to consider attending as a commuter and stay at a local hotel. The rate for this retreat is $585 which includes your room and all meals. Commuter rate is $75/day with lunch and dinner included – or $45/day with no meals included. If you are thinking about attending, please submit your name to Linda NO LATER THAN July 15, 2025. On July 19, 2025 we will have all names on a wheel and we will spin the wheel LIVE on Facebook. You will have until July 31, 2025 to get your $50 non-refundable deposit to us to save your spot. If we do not receive your deposit by then, we will spin the wheel with the remaining names. If needed, we will spin another wheel for the commuter spots.
