Farmers have been making cheese in their homes for thousands of years. This course will introduce you to the art of making cheese and show you how it is easy to do in your own kitchens at home. Together, we will make and eat our own mozzarella and ricotta, and demonstrate the additional elements needed to make haloumi and feta.
First Class: 4 March 2019 - 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Tickets are purchased as a Term Course (includes 3 sessions). Purchasing of single tickets is not avaliable.
This course requires a minium attendance of 4 people to run.
