During this guided morning, you’ll meet our sheep, rabbits, quail, geese, and chickens, while learning how thoughtful husbandry, nutrition, and land management come together in a working farm system.As we move through the chores, you’ll gain insight into:Why animals are fed what they are fed and how nutrition changes seasonallyHow water systems, shelter, and bedding are managed in different weather conditionsHow to observe animal behavior and health through daily careHow livestock contribute to soil health and regenerative land practicesThe role these animals play in producing the food and fiber you see at our farmers market boothThis experience is slow, intentional, educational, and deeply connected to the realities of farm life.
