Join us for our Walk Talk Kernow Lanjeth Nursery & Water Gardens event on Friday 7th November 2025. Meet outside the Cafe at 10.00am to register.
Walk Talk Kernow is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice Care. Whilst walking in nature, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others.
We will meet at Lanjeth Nursery & Water Gardens outside the Cafe. We will stroll (an amble NOT a ramble) through the paths passing the many ponds and back to the cafe for refreshments.

The walk will be approximately 1 mile, this route is mainly flat walking on gravel / woodchip paths.
Please ensure you are fit and healthy on the day as you will be asked to sign our registration form to this effect.
** During the summer months it is important to stay hydrated, please bring along adequate drinks for this reason **
Please wear suitable footwear and clothing depending on the weather.
Our team will be wearing Cornwall Hospice Care lanyards so do look out for them.
