Info: Check in and relax. "Bring your Challenge." You will have the opportunity to walk around a variety of images and choose the one that calls out to you. You'll be able to reflect on how it relates to the challenge you brought in today, and reflects how you're feeling about your challenge.

Info: We'll introduce you to some foundational beliefs about creativity as well as the four stages of Creative Problem Solving that we'll be going through today. Then, you'll use some techniques to look at your problem from a different perspective, investigate it in a deeper way, gather your data, and come up with a more complete challenge statement that might be very different from the problem you brought in!

Info: We'll lead you through a technique to generate many ideas that answer your challenge question, and then work through the process to select and further develop something you could see yourself doing.

Info: We'll guide you as you test the strength and viability of your ideas and move them to solutions. With our help, you'll evaluate, strengthen and select solutions for “best fit.” You'll refine and revise your solution.

Info: Lastly, we'll ask you to explore potential next steps, identify resources, timeline, and specific actions that will support the implementation of your chosen solution(s). When you commit to moving forward, you'll "Leave with a Solution!"
