Join visual artist and Kriyaban Yogi Palehorse Wednesday Sep. 17th from 7-9:00pm at FloridaRAMA St. Pete for a transformative series of guided meditation gatherings based on the teachings and techniques of Paramhansa Yogananda &  the Ananda School of Meditation.

Session includes opening words, affirmations/physical movement, chanting, singing bowls meditation & sending prayers of peace and light for the world.
(30min Integration circle available after session ends)

All are welcome. Joy to you friends!

This experiential meditation is suitable for all levels—from curious newcomers to seasoned seekers. The practices are designed to help you access inner stillness, expand your awareness, and feel the living presence of Spirit within and all around.

• What to Bring:
Yoga mat or meditation cushion
Suggested donation: $10 at door to support the space and offerings

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in (6:45) – Doors close just after 7pm
