The Unseen Thread: Women's Art as Movement

"There is a thread that stretches across time. Invisible, yet unbreakable. Woven from silence, song, memory, and movement."

The Unseen Thread: Women’s Art as Movement exhibition at The Studio@620 in St. Petersburg, FL, is a featured event of the 2025 Tampa Bay Urban Futures Festival.

Inspired by Tori Sampson’s play Cadillac Crew, which will run at The Studio from November 6 - 16, this exhibition honors the presence, power, and complexity of women across generations and cultures.

This show seeks to uplift the creative work of women artists, offering a space to share stories rooted in personal truth, cultural memory, and collective vision.
