She earned her BFA (2007) and MFA (2009) in sculpture from Rabindra Bharati University befor relocating to the United States in 2011, where her practice has continues to evolve across mediums and geographies. Her work has been featured in numerous pestigious exhibitions throughout the US and India, with notable solo presentations at Kerrytown Conceert House in Ann Arbor 2018 and River House Arts in Toledo, Ohio 2019,2022. Her works are in numerous private collections.Through my practice I try to tell the stories which shaped my experiences and connect my past with my present. I want to create a free, fearless state where I am more than my body, my identity, my genter, my race and every possible thing that defines me in this society. I want to unmask that layer and just want to be the 'I" the eternal with nature. My images come from my family album, my imagination, and the stories I have heard from my grandparents. They all play hide and seek in my mind.
