Start your morning with intention at this cozy, mom-and-baby-friendly workshop focused on early movement, connection, and postpartum recovery. Led by the teams at Bloom Pelvic Therapy and Beach Baby Pediatric Therapy, this event is a supportive space to learn, move, and connect.

What You’ll Experience:

• Learn how to begin rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength postpartum
• Support your baby’s early milestones through tummy time and play
• Strengthen both of your bodies through gentle, intentional movement
• Connect with other local moms in a similar season of life

This is your hour to reset, move with purpose, and enjoy meaningful time with your baby and other moms. Come as you are — we’ll meet you there.

This workshop is perfect for moms and their newborns, or babies who haven’t started crawling yet or are just getting the hang of it.
