Sound Ceremony: "Removing Obstacles"

Join Jessica Mihm-Bonner for a Sound Ceremony dedicated to removing obstacles and opening the path for the year ahead.

Step into 2026 with clarity, lightness, and intention. We’ll begin by toning the vagus nerve and chanting an ancient Sanskrit mantra, creating resonance that clears stagnant energy, removed obstacles and invites inner steadiness. From there, you’ll be carried into a blissful bath of overtones from crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments.

This unique weaving of mantra and sound is designed to dissolve what no longer serves, raise your vibration, and align you with the highest states of peace, freedom, and possibility.


Prepare to:
- Chant a powerful ancient Sanskrit mantra that taps into the frequency “of removing obstacles” 108 times
- Lay down with a bolster and blankets after chanting and rest in stillness while you're bathed in a sonic landscape of chimes, strings, and a powerful 38 inch brilliant symphonic gong

PROVIDED: A leg bolsters and a yoga blanket will be provided.

PRO TIP: bring an eye mask (or borrow one of ours!), a comfy head pillow, cozy socks, and your comfy blanket from home.
