The full moon has long been honored across cultures as a time of illumination, release, and heightened awareness. It is a moment when the rhythms of nature invite us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. This evening under the Harvest full moon is designed as a simple but powerful ritual to help you move through the layers of your being (body, breath, voice, and vibration) guiding you into a deeply meditative state.
We will begin by gently awakening the physical body with grounded, accessible movement. Gentle grounded yoga postures will help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring you fully into the present moment.

From there we will explore intentional breathwork to move energy through the body and into the subtle energetic field. Breath is one of the most direct ways we influence our states of consciousness, shifting us from everyday thinking into a more spacious inner awareness.

Next we will activate the power of the voice through vocalization exercises. Sound is an ancient tool of transformation. Through humming and toning, we stimulate the vagus nerve, balance the nervous system, and harmonize the body from the inside out.

The evening will conclude with an immersive guided sound meditation. Surrounded by resonant instruments and layered tones, you will be invited to rest deeply while following sound waves as they move through you. Many people experience profound relaxation, emotional release, creative insight, or a sense of expanded awareness during these journeys.

Come as you are. All levels and all bodies are welcome. 🌕

What to bring: a yoga mat if you have one, a comfy blanket, head pillow, eye mask, and anything that will help you feel comfortable lying down. One leg bolster and one yoga blanket will be provided.
