Pickling Class @ GCB!

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to pickle, this one’s for you.

On Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 6 PM, Tip Top is bringing their hands-on Pickle Party class to Grand Central Brewhouse!
This beginner-friendly class walks you through the basics of pickling vegetables using different vinegars and spices, with plenty of tips you can use well beyond the class.

You’ll leave with recipes and four different pickled goodies you made yourself. All supplies are included with registration.

Beer, wine, cider, and kombucha will be available for purchase during the class.
