Surrounded by plants, herbs, trees and blooms, you'll be guided through a gentle floral/plant meditation designed to ground your energy and calm your mind.Each session includes:A short grounding plant meditationHerbal tea made from the gardenA journaling prompt to deepen self-awareness, connect and reflect.Time to connect with others—or simply enjoy solitude in natureCome as you are. No meditation or journaling experience needed. Just bring an open heart, a notebook, and a willingness to bloom.This is a Donation based in collaboration with 15th Street Farms to keep our beautiful gardens blooming for the community to relax and enjoy.
