Mandy Handley is a former elementary teacher turned international yoga guru with 22+ years of experience in yoga and meditation. Trained and certified in Hatha and Ashtanga at the Ayur Yoga Ashram in Bangalore, India, she now leads Yoga Mandhi, a mobile yoga service offering private sessions, corporate classes, and retreats. She holds a Masters in Education from the University of Tampa and is a certified Reiki Master, weaving healing and mindfulness into her teachings.
