 Friday night designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and begin your weekend feeling grounded.

We'll start the evening by gathering with local vendors, giving you time to browse, connect, and settle into the space before we move inward.

This isn’t just a yoga class \~ it’s a whole Friday night at The Temple. Come early, grab a mocktail, hang out, move with us, hit the sauna + cold plunge, and stay after the flow for music and community.

**7–8 PM | PRE-PARTY**\
Doors open at 7. Come hang, grab a mocktail, meet some people and settle into the space. The Zen Den will be open with infrared sauna + cold plunge access available for **$10 unlimited for the night**.

**8–9 PM | THE FLOW**\
An hour of movement, music, breath and release. Expect a feel-good flow designed to get you out of your head and into your body. All levels welcome. Followed by BREATH.

**9–10 PM | AFTER-PARTY**\
We’re not sending you home after savasana. Music back up, mocktails flowing, Zen Den open, and plenty of time to hang.
