They are very nutritious, full of easy-to-absorb Heme Iron, Omega 3 and B12 vitamins, making them a superfood.Arrive at 7:00PM to explore the farm and enjoy some passed hors d' oeuvres and chilled herbal tea. Feel free to bring any other beverages that you would like to enjoy (beer, wine, soda, etc) we’ll provide the glassware.Once all the guests arrive we will sit communally next to friends old and new. Food will be served family style to be passed and shared around the table.
