Just before Mother's Day weekend, this will be a powerful class for reparenting, inner child healing, and a practice of self-love and divine feminine embodiment. 

Join Jenny with BlissFit Yoga St. Pete & Salena with Stars Healing Energy for this chance to connect with yourself & community.  

This class may be a wonderful way to honor yourself if your mother has passed/transitioned from the earthy plane or if you just want to experience and develop techniques for self-care and self-love that is similar to that of a parent for yourself. 

During this ceremony, we combine yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.


This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!

Cost: $33 includes 70 min class
including 40 min. yoga with Jenny, 30 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.

In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming class or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )

TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk past the first few rock jetty's to the end of the beach (toward the channel)
WALK PAST CAPRICE CONDOS AND KEEP GOING UNTIL YOU REACH ENVOY CONDOS/ The Secret Garden and you will find me there.
