Whether you’re a mother, honoring a mother, or simply celebrating the nurturing energy within yourself, this gathering is for you.

We’ll flow through a gentle, heart-opening yoga class with the sound of waves as our soundtrack and the sun warming our skin. 

After practice, each participant will choose from a Blue Lotus Floral Elixir (alcohol-free from Franny's Farm) and we will mindfully sip & set an intention for self-care and keeping our energy strong to care for others. 


START TIME 9AM - Please arrive early to find parking (suggested arrival time at the parking lot is 8:30am) 


Cost: $21 (includes yoga class, cooling lavender towel, herbal tea)
Spots are limited (Only 18 available)


*This is an All-levels, BEGINNER-FRIENDLY "Blissasana" style Vinyasa yoga class.

In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming class or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )


Bring a big beach blanket (better for beach yoga than a yoga mat)

PARKING:
ARRIVE EARLY TO GET A PARKING SPOT.

Park Mobile pay to park spots 

DIRECTIONS:
It will take about 5+ minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly. 

***Class will be held at Upham Beach Park. They have pay to park spots via Park Mobile there. 

Arrive early especially if you are needing to park or have never been here, you might need time to find it. 

When you enter the beach, enter at the furthest point to the RIGHT (the last bridge/entrance on the right hand side facing the beach) and make your way to the rocks by taking a RIGHT when facing the water. 

You’ll head straight to the water turning right around the dunes to enter a little cove with rocks. 

Pass by the Caprice Condos and KEEP GOING! 

I will be located alllllllll the way to the down toward the end of the beach on the right side near the”The Secret Garden” and to the end there is a channel where fisherman are on rocks. 

When in doubt KEEP GOING. 

Once you’ve come once it’s very easy to find again!!!
