What is BellyYogaDance class?

“It naturally was created by Carolina Memória as a way to combine gentle yoga, belly dance with meaning, healing, breathing technique, stretching and working your chakra energies.”

The class always starts with yoga, setting an  intention, breathing technique, and stretching with meaning focusing on the chosen chakras to work on in the workshop. Then the class transforms into the energy of chakras through learning belly dance techniques and meeting your inner Goddess.  Blissfully relax as the class enters into meditation realizing the intention you set for yourself; after singing bowl and wind chime to relax and help all students' healing needs. 

No experience in Yoga or Dance needed

This Beach Yoga, Belly Dance and Chakra Energy experience will be extra magical as we set an intention during our practice.

*Where: Upham Beach- Saint Pete Beach, Florida
               6900 Beach Plz, Saint Pete Beach, Florida
*When you arrive at the beach entrance near the bathrooms and restaurant is where we are going to meet at 9am and walk together towards the beach. The group will be set up on the right, after volleyball courts, keep walking to the right.
*The class will be reschedule if it is raining heavily or cold. 

*What to bring:
-Yoga Mat, Blanket or Beach Towel
-Fitness or Yoga Clothes & Hat (visor)
-Water Bottle
-Layers or Jacket (depending on weather)
-Swim Suit (if you want to swim after class)
-Open heart
-Hip Scarf (if you have one)
