- **Event Description**: Come together with friends and neighbors from St. Paul and the surrounding area to run from Element Gym's brand new location (formerly Keg and Case Market)! 

The group run will feature a 3 mile and 6 mile run options, and a 2 mile walk group. All routes run along the beautiful Mississippi River on Shepard Road. All paces and ability levels are welcome! 

We will have our friends from ASICS Running and TC Running onsite with shoe demos and giveaways! 

Join us after the run for frozen treats, time with friends, and a raffle!
