The sound bath is a great way to practice letting go and receiving before going into Primal Singing with Laurel Armstrong where you can make some sounds of your own!

You don't need to be a "singer" for this, just willing to experiment with your voice alongside some new and some returning chums. Primal Singing is not only a great way to open up your own voice and explore, but connects us in community as we create in-the-moment together. And we don't have to use words! 

We have had sessions that are playful, some that are deeply touching, but all have created a feeling of safety to express and be received in the presence of others.
