— 6:15 to 6:45: Board member candidate introductions and voting
— 6:45 to 7:30: DBCC member year in review and future outlook
— 7:30 to 7:55: Council member Cheniqua Johnson presentation
— 7:55 to 8:00: Election results – Announcement of new board members
