What is community acupuncture?

Community acupuncture exists as an affordable and abbreviated treatment option compared to one-on-one acupuncture sessions. You are treated in a room with other clients also receiving care. Clients lay comfortably in anti-gravity chairs during session lasting roughly 30 min.

There's also the added benefit of a group-setting. Think of it like the difference between meditating alone, vs with a group. They both have their benefits.


Bonus: Come a few minutes before your session to quietly take advantage of The Grief Room offerings (browse books, meditate, journal, make some tea, grab a snack).
