About the event

Yoga and Soundbath

Refresh and relax at the end of the month, with a Yoga and Soundbath session. (We will be running these on the last Friday of the month up until April.)

If you already know about the benefits, then I hope to see you at one. If you've never tried yoga or are yet to have a soundbath then why not drop in and find out what it is all about? We have mats you can borrow or you can bring your own. We will adapt the session to suit the participants so do not worry if you are new, or a beginner, or if you have been many times before.
