Tuesday Track Night Robby Bobby Fartlek

📍 Meet at Waggener High School Track
🕡 Warmup run begins at 6:00 PM

The Robby Bobby Fartlek might be the single best 20-minute session in running: simple structure, high aerobic load, and sneaky speed all in one.

The Structure (20 minutes total). Equal jog recoveries after each rep.
✅ 2 x 90s
✅ 4 × 60s
✅ 4 × 30s
✅ 4 × 15s

We’ll complete a 5 minute dynamic warmup together before an easy 10 minute warmup run and then complete our workout.
